Sabatier Knife Shop has the largest inventory of 4 Star Elephant knives in the USA, but as a direct importer of knives from our manufacturer, Thiers-Issard, there are thousands of more options available, including custom knives, razors, serving spoons and spatulas, laguinole and Chien knives. 

The best time to place a special or custom order is JanuaryFebruary and June/July when we place our main orders, however we accept custom orders at any time. All custom and special orders are made specifically for you, so pre-payment is required.
